i want to buy a gift, but i’m a girl and i know absolutely nothing on men’s electric shavers, and how to assess them or choose.
i found an offer on phillips 800 series the yellow/ green one,but i think it only shaves, while braun cruzer shaves and trims and also defines hair lines,am i true or what?
and thanks guys
I’m thinking of buying one of their shavers but I’d like to know if it will work on 110 V as well as on 220 V (in Europe).
If any one out there has one and has travelled with it, or if someone just know the answer, thanks a lot !
It seems to be a 1950’s BRAUN floor model console(phono and fm radio). The places that I’ve been referred to are to far for shipping. I am looking for something local(Los Angeles,CA).
One which offers as close shave as possible almost or just like razers, but obviously witout the burns and ingrown hair associated with traditional razers. I want a complete grooming kit i.e. which contains trimmer, brush, comb,nose/ear trimmer etc… there are a variety in the market, but the best ones are just single shaver not with whole grooming kit and some are self cleaning too and lubricating although that’s not that important. I know of phillips grooming kit 6in 1.. any other brand?? does panasonic or braun have complete grooming kit??
I have a Braun Cruzer3 shaver. I plu it into a regular wall socket and it charges. I plug it into a GCFI socket and it doesn’t charge. The GCFI socket works with other appliances. The "test/reset" mechanism also works. If I just barely insert the shaver plug into the GCFI socket, the charger light does come on on the shaver. If I continue to push the plug into the GCFI socket all the way, however, the charger light immediately goes out. What is the problem??
He already has a Braun shaver, he only uses it for light days. Are there any for bad days that he has not shaved for 3 days or so? It will be a birthday present. thanks.
for facial hair.
Hi everyone,
I have one question. Can I and is it safe to plug in a 2 prong European plug from a Braun shaver into a 3 prong outlet on the back/output of a 3000W step up/step down transformer? When I use the transformer for a 3 prong European electric kettle, everything works fine..but I am a little uneasy with a 2 prong into a 3 prong. Thanks to everyone in advance
Thank you to the both of you for such quick and helpful answers. I want to add that the shavers plug does not fit in tightly, it goes in, but kind of loose. Does that make it worse? Or since I am dealing with a transformer, everything is safe?
Everyone was very helpful with my question, and everything worked OK and without any problems. It is tough to choose a "best answer" since everyone had a good answer. Anyway, thanks again.
